Coplastix - Sluice/Slide/Weir Gates

All Coplastix sluice/slide/weir gates are built for dependable performance with special milled steel matrices that lend strength to the durable Coplastix doors. All contact faces are made from incompatible materials for minimum friction which contributes to manufacture a lighter gate that can be handled easier when manually operated and requires less horsepower when actuators are employed.

Coplastix - Stop Logs

Coplastix Stop Logs are particulary suitable in situation where temporary or infrequent isolation of a channel is necessary. The stop logs can be equipped with either eyebolts or stainless steel pegs for easy, accessibly handling.

Stop logs from Ashbrook Simon-Hartley are fabricated of Coplastix material placed over special steel matrix. All areas of contact are of incompatible materials, eliminating sticking.

Flexible flap valves employ a specially developed rubberized Coplastix compound for the door and frame of coated steel or stainless steel. Mounting Types:

Coplastix - Handstop/Stop Gate

Watertight handstop/stopgates from Ashbrook Simon-Hartley are designed for hand operated flow control channels. In a variety of sizes, only Coplastix material is employed. In gates 24" in width and larger, the Coplastix slide is contained and supported by a steel frame for additional rigidity.

All gate contact faces are incompatible in order to eliminate sticking and permit easy operation.

When you retrofit your troublesome cast-iron, aluminum, stainless steel and fiberglass gates with trouble-free Coplastix technology, you effectively eliminate 90% of potential gate problems. Coplastix technology eliminates the problem of frozen gates gates because Coplastix material will never corrode and reduces gate friction by a factor of 10. Plus, Coplastix technology is exceptionally watertight, exceeding AWWA requirements. Coplastix technology is not subject to thermal expansion and can be used in ambient temperatures raging from -45ºC to +80ºC.
